Project overview

1win Partners is an affiliate platform where partners drive traffic, create referral links, use promo materials, and earn through RevShare, CPA, or hybrid cooperation models.

The product gives partners a mobile workspace to monitor revenue, clicks, registrations, deposits, promo materials, and payout-related activity in one place.

Problem

The previous partner experience was too fragmented for mobile use. Key actions like creating links, checking traffic performance, finding promo materials, and understanding revenue required too much navigation and manual checking.

For partners who work with multiple sources, countries, campaigns, and promo assets, this made daily work slower and reduced visibility into what was actually generating revenue.

Goals

We focused on three levels of impact: helping partners work faster, improving traffic monetization, and measuring success through engagement, revenue visibility, and link performance.

Impact

After launch, the redesigned platform helped partners work faster with referral links, understand campaign performance more clearly, and engage more with promo and revenue tools.
